What do you need for creating a strong community?
Of course, besides having a platform where you are trying to reach out to the right target group, you need to have some "inner" traits that help you mould a good community. Be protective (people in your community should feel safe) Be engaging Be helpful Be kind What would you add? What should a good community builder be like?
