How to grow a podcast or online show?
I've been building The Ops Show, a developer-focused YouTube show/podcast, during COVID and I'm looking at ways to thoughtfully scale it. My stack is YouTube-first with OBS + Zoom recording and then YouTube premiere + Anchor.fm for distribution. We just hit 200 subscribers and are growing about 50 subscribers per month. Would love to hear your suggestions.
Does anyone know a good dev or team to build a good MVP?
Im having trouble finding someone who can build a decent prototype and MVP. If you are or you know of anyone that wants to hop on a cool project lets chat. I am compensating for this project or we could work something else out if you have any ideas. I have full wireframes ready to go that needs a little logic proofing but it drives the main concept and product home. Im open to UX/UI people as well as Devs or someone who can handle the full scope.
How do you reach out to B2B companies to try your product?
We have a bunch of email leads, we are offering deals on F6S and other communities but we are yet to figure out any acquisition channels that actually works. Would anyone like to impart some of their wisdom?
