As a startup, how has launching on PH helped you?

I hear people say all the time that PH is a bubble where people generally hang out to just upvote one another and that there is no real business outcome that launching here yields.

I have a different opinion because when we launched 7 months ago, we got 800+ users who shared amazing feedback with us. Improving subscriptions was not our goal, we wanted to primarily gauge the if people would want to use what we were building.

How do you imagine the future of work to be?

The future of work is scattered across various buckets:

  1. To-do lists: Todoist, Google Keep

  2. Project management: Linear, ClickUp, Asana

  3. Collaboration: Slack, Teams, Roam

  4. Performance mgmt: Lattice

  5. Multi-purpose: Notion, Tana

  6. Work-related search: Glean

These are all lovely tools that different kinds of people (ICs) use today. Yet most are always searching for something "better".

Hey PH community! Has anyone ever experienced bias behavior from PH during you launch?

We launched Soshals yesterday and in the last 20 hours, we have had so many hiccups and it is so frustrating. 1. We were not listed in the featured section. We struggled to get organic PH traffic. 2. Today, 4 YC products were launched and all of them were listed in the top 4 in the featured section, even when we had much higher comments and upvotes. 3. PH has already allotted ranks to all 4 YC products as #1, #2, #3, and #4, even when we have a much better community response. We are not allotted any rank and we are slowly slipping down the chart because of this foul play. 4. We adhered to all the guidelines and sent an email, raised a support ticket, and posted on X, to get a resolution for this but no clear communication was made in these regards. We have taken screenshots along with timestamps as well but not sure if this is all of any help. Just wanted to know if anybody else has also experienced this. And what did you do then? Ps.
