What do you think of early stage competitiors?
These days, I've seen some early-stage teams trying to solve the problem of scattered work caused by using different SaaS with different solutions. (Which is same problem we are trying to solve) Once, a competitor's founder secretly applied to our closed beta and got caught At first, I was wary and annoyed, but then I realized that we were competing in a huge global market, so I thought of him as a colleague who grows the market together. And I think the answer is to just focus on the customer and make a good product instead of worrying about the competitors.
