How do you handle rejection?

Last week, I was interviewed for a dream job (at least I thought it was) and was rejected for the position. It has been difficult to let go of, and I have dealt with fears/ discouragement. I feel like I am handling it okay, but wondering if you guys have ways that you've dealt with this kind of thing in the past?

Do you struggle with getting early feedback for your newborn app?

With all my side projects and even the ones I was working on for different startups I always struggle with getting early feedback, its critical cuz I don't want to waste time on something nobody wants to use. Especially when the app in very early stage and you are not ready to lunch on PH for example. Sharing with friends is not really effective since they are not 100% objective. Do you have this issue? how do you collect constructive feedback from your early users?

Is anyone working on a web app and willing to try my new OSS?

Hi makers :) last month I've been working on a web app and I couldn't understand why people were bounding without even signing up and trying the app. Then for the 2nd round I decided to add a widget and explicitly ask people why. I was shocked by the feedback I got, I was blind to the real issues. I realized that this little widget I added was crucial and any app I will work on in the future must have it. So I decide to build an embedded widget with it's own dashboard so any dev or maker can use it. it's here if you would like to give it a shot! https://github.com/moufette-tool... And as always, feedback is always appreciated
