Beta testing is a critical phase for any product, offering real users the chance to engage with the product before its official launch. During this stage, developers often receive valuable insights about usability, features, and overall experience. However, sometimes the feedback can be unexpected whether it s a feature users loved that wasn t on the roadmap, a bug that had a major impact, or feedback that made the team rethink a core assumption.
