With all of the amazing, unbelievable, ground breaking technology these days anyone else finding it all just a bit overwhelming? I m finding myself signing up for free trials, attempting to (halfway) build something I m looking for and failing. I m sure there s an all in one solution for me, but it s all too much that I can t seem to find it please tell me I m not alone
Ideas for a daydreamer?
I ve been following on newest releases, new technology, AI, task management tools, support tools, and all the rest of it and now I m just Overwhelmed I run a team of 6 for a SAAS company. When I started, they were brand new and had only 3 to 6 months in the game. Since, I got us started with a ticketing system and started a Google Drive literally as basic as possible Now, fast-forward three years, 5 added remote team members, more tech knowledge and capability under my belt, and the idea of unified potential with a remote team is all that s on my mind. My ultimate problem is that I want to do too much and know that it is all possible. 1. Combine all client files from our ticketing system/email along with our Jotform submissions 2. Create clear consistent communication between our remote team and ultimately help our clients as best as possible. 3. Find a way to clone myself based on all of my prior chat history and knowledge to allow me to fully immerse myself in the time and space to help us grow, rather than be interrupted more times than not. I m sure I can t be the only one and I d love to hear what works best for you. How you integrated best, communicate best, and overall achieve your goals when your ideas are so big.
