Remote has been on the rise for years, but Covid has forced all companies to adjust to it over the past few months. I'm curious to know: 1. What tools are indispensable for your team to get work done? Which do you love the most and why? 2. What tools/rituals help your team still feel a sense of togetherness / build culture? 3. What are the biggest missing pieces to your remote team toolkit, or things that cause the biggest pain points? I'm compiling all the results and will share that publicly (and on PH of course). I have meetings every day. Preparing materials and assigning members is very hard. What is the hardest part of a work meeting for you? Examples - Being held in an unnecessary meeting? - Setting up a meeting? - The inability of members to focus and participate in meetings?

I have worked remotely for much of my career. Not a ton has changed for me so I'd love to hear from others. What have become your favorite tools while working from home?
