When to listen to a customer and when not to?
Customers are always requesting new features or giving ideas. How do you know when to listen and when to put something off? Our team started using the RICE framework which has helped with prioritization and product planning.
How did you get your first 10 customers to your product?
We are all building some kind of product or business and gaining the first 10 users can be a difficult task. You not only need them as users they play a very big role as they believed in your product, but they will also provide the non-biased review about your product and that will define how you'll shape your product. So, I would be grateful to ask about the process of getting the first 10 customers. We'll learn from each other's experience and we'll appreciate other's effort and help out them who need their initial users. What is the BEST lesson you have learned as an entrepreneur?
One of my mentors always reminded me "never be afraid to fail". Throughout the last few years, I've held this with me as a reminder to take big leaps, learn from mistakes, and always persevere. So many good things can come from looking back at a "failure" and I don't know any entrepreneurs that haven't "failed" at least once. I would love to hear some other lessons that others remind themselves of daily!
