Lessons from finishing #1 on a day two products passed 1,000 upvotes - for the first time in 2025

How do you find your product's Aha Moment?

As one of the product developers, I might have become numb to too many version iterations, so I'm already far from my own aha moment.

I'm curious how everyone finds users' aha moments in the early stages of product development. Do you rely on data analysis? User interviews? Or do you depend on your own intuition and experience?
