Previously, I led the product team at Knoetic, helping build a category-defining workforce analytics product. Before that, I did my MBA @ Wharton and spent 6+ years working on economic and trade policy at the White House and the World Bank.

Hey, I m Gavin and I m building thirdwork, a talent platform that matches web3 startups with top product, design and marketing freelancers. Before that, I led product at Knoetic (a people analytics startup backed by Accel) and worked on economic policy in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (2012-2016) and the World Bank. What are some of the most important qualities of a successful start-up team?
These include creativity and innovation, teamwork skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. Additionally, start-up teams need champions who can bring together different parts of the organization in order to achieve common goals.
