What does "Scrappy" mean to you and your business?
Lots of companies describe themselves as "scrappy." But what does that mean? For me, it's a mindset that sees constraints as guiderails, not disadvantages. Tight budget? Small team? Imminent deadline? These constraints aren't roadblocks; they're ramps to innovation. It's about doing more with less - prioritization, agility, and impact. It's not about spreading yourself thin; it s about focusing your efforts laser-sharp where they can make the most difference.
