I continuously drive business value for my clients and my company by showing care and attention to details, clarifying requirements, getting involved in the design phase of each new system and functionality, providing realistic time estimates, planning ahead of time, pragmatically choosing priorities for myself and my team, being patient, kind and getting people engaged.
