I've got about a million hobbies and interests, but suffice it to say I've been a techie since I was a kid. I'm equally fascinated by the ways technology can enrich our lives, and the ways our lives can be enriched by putting the technology down to immerse ourselves in the world around us. In a nod to these opposing ideas, I've built an app that I'm super-proud of. In a way, it kind of bridges the gap between these two worlds. My hope is to make a small impact while I'm here, and do my part to help nudge people towards healthier, more balanced relationships with their bodies and minds.

I personally did! My number one goal was to determine our initial marketing strategy for Evogage.xyz and determine a great fitting "story" for our platform, and I think it went really well! How do you incorporate a bit of self-care into your busy life?
Everyone's got busy lives these days... especially those who choose to go straight from their 9-5 work day into a few hours of work on a passion/side-hustle each day. So how do you personally fit a little time to look after yourself into all of that? Do you go for a walk, do you work out at home? Maybe it's going for a run, or maybe you prefer to workout at a local gym? In general, I'd just love to hear what is and isn't working for all of you out there! I'm really interested in any specific tools, apps, techniques or programs you've really loved (or have been disappointed by)... Fitness and mindfulness and everything in between.
