Hi Guys! I'm looking for free tool that can help me with organizing a trip. Some backstory: Every year for my birthday I organize 1-week trip with around 10 friends. The way I approach it is in a very democratic way but very cumbersome. - I'd go and check all the fights from our city to any destination under X amount of money. - Then I'll take the results and create a spread sheet with the destinations, dates, flight ticket price. - I'll also go and check the avg. Airbnb price for that period for each location and put in the the spreadsheet. - I also include some keynotes of the things we ca do there with some photos and short descriptions or video links. - After all that I would send the spreadsheet to my friends and every has to vote for their preferred destination. - The destination with the most votes wins and we go there. So, I want to do this but in a prettier way if it's possible. I thought I would create a Webflow website but the voting part is a bit hard for me to figure out there. Then I was thinking about a no-code tool like bubble.io but it has a steep learning curve and looks a bit ugly... So any suggestion how I can approach my mini birthday project?
