Video conferencing tools have become the default for remote work, but are they really the best way to collaborate?

Common problems with traditional video calls:
Conversations feel unnatural everyone is stuck in a grid
It's hard to have fluid discussions without talking over others
Lack of movement & interaction makes meetings passive

What alternatives do you think could make meetings more engaging and effective?
More interactive formats?
