How do you schedule your daily/weekly tasks? Which tool do you use for it?
Personally, I prefer my Whiteboard over any app. I have a list of to-do's written and a calendar drawn on the board itself. It helps be consistent.
What's the biggest mistake you've made as a founder?
This sounds silly but when I launched my first startup 5 years ago, we didn't put in a vesting schedule Wanted to see what others have done but also things we know to avoid in the future!
What's your master plan to get your first paying user on your current project ?
I'll start, my project is Axolo.co and we are a tool to help developers ship code faster. We have some users and our plan to get our first paying users is to make something people want ! I will get personnaly in contact with bigger teams and ask them to pay for it after a 2 week trial.
