Would you trust AI agents / assistants with autonomous tasks, or would you keep a close watch?
With AI agents and assistants are becoming more advanced, we're seeing them handle everything from scheduling meetings to managing entire workflows.
But here s the big question would you fully trust an AI to run tasks autonomously, or would you prefer keeping an eye on things just in case?
Do you use a sales process in your business?
We started using the MEDDPICC sales process and methodology for B2B sales qualification about 6 - 8 months ago. It has helped us qualify our leads much better, made our handovers to CS efficient, and has shortened the sales cycle too. We adapted the process and methodology for our business and for smaller deal flows too. It feels like we were all over the place before this process but we still signed very large enterprise deals. Which can make it confusing. Happy to share this one day with anyone who wants it and may find it useful. Do you use a specific method for your sales and has it helped you with closing deals and sales cycle?
Attending meetups and conferences – does it help with sales?
I ve attended a few conferences and meetups over the past two years always for a different purpose. Sometimes it was just 1. to socialise , other times 2. to interview guests, 3. find PR or 4. sell products. I have to say that the last item on this list was the least fulfilling we recruited a few trial users, but there were minimal paying customers. How do you approach similar events? What positive results have you seen from it? [If you have any recommendations for meetups or conferences where people are more open to buying a product, I d be grateful if you could share them.]
