Hi! I'm Dani :) I'm a tech nerd who has been in the industry for the past 11+ years (writing this in 2022 :P) as a co-founder, but also as a hired software engineer or engineering manager. I've worked doing web, mobile, big data and robotics in health, travel and enterprise software. However, my focus since 2017 is building value in the Data Privacy ecosystem. Having created two B2C and two B2B products in this space, my main goal is helping increase the data transparency and control in this market. That's why I'm building illow, a SaaS for companies to automate data deletion. Users request the deletion of their personal data and illow ensures the execution and control of the process. What is the best way you enter in contact with someone you don’t know?
I am curious, do you send them an email, a connection request on linkedin/twitter mentioning something super personalised? What we found working the best by far is to shoot a video, sharing our screen with their website or social media profile in the background to make them want to click and watch the video. What do you guys think? Honestly, if I can achieve the things I want with no code tool, I will go for it! But it is not always the case.
