With 15+ years of games industry tenure, she helped create and grow VR game studio Owlchemy Labs creators of Job Simulator and Rick and Morty: VR. Now, she is co-founder and COO of Tangle, a SaaS collaboration platform that’s taking the best the office had to offer and reimagining it for remote work by putting human hearts first. Her expertise spans interactive design, human-centric play, and building / maintaining culture within organizations and communities. Hey there! As a startup founder, I often find myself juggling multiple responsibilities and tasks on a daily basis. Some of the things I'm responsible for include: Managing our finances, including paying bills and employee salaries Negotiating with investors and keeping them updated on our progress Writing blogs and working on our SEO strategy to improve our online presence Designing social media posts for our Instagram and TikTok accounts Overseeing the development of our mobile app Launching our new web app Make important product and business decisions with my co-founder Learning new skills and techniques to improve my performance as a founder With so many competing demands, it can be challenging to balance everything effectively.
