Hi all, We launched our product, Sendi, 5 hours ago and it's ranked #1 until now.. However we found a problem - our product status is staying at 'Pre-launch', so that Sendi is not exposed on daily list, therefore hard to gather organic traffic. We've conducted research to tackle this issue but couldn't... we cannot click the status button (small grey circle), and cannot find any other tap to change product status. Since we truly believe Sendi's potential, and this is the very first step to go global, we really want to get as many attentions as possible. Please help us. Thank you!
