Hi, my name is Colin McDermott and I am tech SEO geek from the UK. I started making websites in the late nineties after school, then after University I picked everything back up again and started my internet marketing journey. I got into SEO around 2006-2007, and started picking up commercial experience with inhouse jobs, agency work, and my own websites. I have built hundreds of websites, done 1,000s of SEO audits and helped 10,000s of people to learn about SEO via community forums and my articles. In 2014 I launched Search Candy, a boutique SEO consultancy. I currently work at Whop.com as Head of SEO. How do you prepare for a launch?
Right now I am putting together a to-do list and planning out what we need to prepare in advance. I'd love to know what you guys think are the most important things you can do in the months before a planned launch. Ignoring the quality of the product itself, what would you say is the single most impactful thing you can prepare?
