How to acquire beta testers who are medical professionals?
Hi PH Community, Hope all is well! I'm hoping to get your input on how to find beta testers who are medical professionals. This can be a challenging group to reach since they typically aren't active on general testing sites like betatesting.com. I've already tried using social media platforms like LinkedIn and Reddit, but I want to respect their policies against advertising products or services. Since we're still in the testing phase, I don't want to use any online ads yet. Instead, I'm considering focusing on search engine optimization (SEO) for our website, as I know that medical professionals may be searching for relevant keywords. When you're about to launch a new product it's always great to have customers who sit down with you for an hour and give you feedback about your product. How do you reward them? We usually give 2 months free product (about $200 face value) but was curious to know if you guys use other incentives like gift cards, physical gifts,...
Any useful tools or platforms to carry out beta testing?
I'm getting closer to my first round of beta testing for the app I've been working on. Are there any useful tools out there to make the process easier? I'm mostly thinking about organising how-to articles and/or testing guidelines, as well as how to manage feedback. Thanks!
