With our AI Call Center platform launching here on PH in less than 1 week I wanted to open the discussion around what would make something like this a no-brainer for you.
The platform is designed for businesses that have a large volume of sales or customer support phone calls. It's particularly useful when it comes to handling calls related to Inbound or outbound lead qualification, technical support, FAQ's, and other tier 1 customer support or sales conversations.
If you think about the calls you handle on a daily basis, what are the most common types of calls that you wish could be done by someone else or have automated completely, and what features would you require from a platform in order to trust the AI could handle the call effectively?
"AI" seems like a buzzword now
Everyone is selling "AI"
It s on every website.
It s in every app.
