I want you to think of it first. I thought like, You have to run after the ball and tackle it to get it. If you are near the goal post, You can always try to kick the ball in the nets. If you are far from the goal post run and contribute by bringing it closer or you can always pass it to your mate to score a point for your team. 1 out of many people is lucky enough to get the ball. To Achieve your goal you need to run behind it and grab it. In any organisation, you are contributing a kick that will lead the ball near the goal post, and that's a team effort. I asked the same question to my friend and she replied There is only one ball we all are chasing that one ball only. I want to know how you all compare football with life, do comment.

I start to notice that since I started working fully remote my lifestyle has become less active / dynamic. How do you balance passive side of the home office and get out regularly and be more active? Any tips?
