As a founder or marketing manager, how difficult it was for you to launch your first product in the market?

Managing social media, SEO, content, influencers, product launches and creating unique marketing campaigns become pretty overwhelming for many of us.

How was your initial experience and how did you navigate the challenges?

For me personally, it bothers me a lot when people try to teach others something that they didn't do themselves. It's like one blind person tries to teach other blind person to see. So the best advice is to learn from experience and it's been working for me so far. What's yours?
