How do you keep track of product ideas at an early stage?
Hello everyone. We are at an early stage with our product. Inevitably we are starting to think about all the cool features we might be able to build in the future. However, many of them are a long way off or need further validation, etc. We are hesitant to start using a product management-specific tool at this stage because they are a bit overkill for a small team. But, we also want to be able to park things somewhere and be able to link it up with user interviews we are doing. Does anyone have a system/product in mind that works well for this stage?
To all project manager out there...
Hi, Out of my own need as a product/project manager I am working on a new type of project management software that makes it very easy to keep track of the status, history and accountability of multiple projects. Managing 1 project is all well and good but for those of us that manage multiple projects at the same time, it can be a bit tricky. Especially getting an easy to read overview of the status and history of each project, and each stage. I've been testing the methodology for the last 6 months myself and I've managed t stick with it, so I know it works for me. Are there any others out there with these pain points? If so, would you be willing to complete a brief questionnaire and potentially join the beta? Thanks all!
Anyone here that just builds what you personally love to use?
I had this thought that if I only build what I love to use (and hopefully other people will use it too), perhaps I can finish more projects. This is opposite of having the idea being validated by other people first before working on the project. However, in this approach, I may be the only one to use my own product. :) I'm curious if anyone here had the same thought or is it just me?
