These are the last few days of the year and most of my colleagues have already left for their holiday vacations. I, however, decided to stay back at work in order to get a leg up on my competition. My goal is to sharpen up my Go-To-Market strategy before the new year begins - something that would give me an edge over all my peers. The hard work doesn't stop there though; with only 16 days remaining until the new year starts, I need to start executing on those plans right away if they are going to be successful come 2023. So despite being exhausted from all of my preparation efforts so far, it was time to take action! I would love to hear how you will be spending the next few days.
