In these disturbed and divided times, with the rising speeds in internet also rises the distance between us as humans and our mental wellbeing is in an all time. In these lonely times, what does mental health support mean to you? How does it resonate with you?
One thing someone should do or not do if you'd trust them to help you at your mental health lows?
I asked people what does mental health support mean or resonate with to them? and I noticed a common pattern where people looked towards a community and for a proactive approach. two things as a mental health entrepreneur I put in the centre of thought when we make decisions for our company. But if there was one non-negotiable for you what would that be? if there was one thing you hoped my company did, what would that be?
