Do you find it challenging to talk to your users?
One of the problems I faced when I had my first users on [just-diary.com](http://just-diary.com) is that I didn t have any way to talk to them. Like getting feedback on using the product, asking them questions about what they want from it, and sharing some tips on how to use some features. Does anyone have the same problem? If yes, how did you solve it?
What problems do you have when talking with your users?
Hello everyone. I've recently made a post about the challenges of talking to users and decided to make another post. https://news.ycombinator.com/ite... I think it's an interesting topic and I want to learn more about it. So, I've made lists of problems that I've found for now: - Getting users to do 1-on-1 interviews more frequently - Parse & group users requests by topics (by features, by bugs) - Targeting subset of users: users who are willing to pay, users who stopped using a product, users who like a product but won't be paying. - Instantly reaching out to users Do you know some other problems?
I came up with a better way to communicate with users!
If you like me and have created a website or an app that had some active users (I had 30 lol ) then you ve probably realized that there is no good way to talk to them. Emails have a low response rate and can be just lost in spam. Feedback forms are hard to implement and are not very flexible. Creating communities in discord/slack takes time. So as a self-respected developer I decided to solve this problem. I thought why not bring smth like discord server directly to a website/app? Something that is very easy to integrate into your product which will automatically connect your entire user base. And this something will allow you to send instant messages/polls/feedback forms to users notifying them when they re online using your product. And users can interact with these messages by voting/commenting or submitting forms. So I present you Taku: https://taku-app.com. What do you guys think? Does this problem exists and does my solution helps with that?
