Fellas, I'm curious about your experiences with product launches in the customer experience space. How important do you think it is to have a hunter who deeply understands the CX domain vs. someone with a larger following but less specific expertise? I've noticed some niche products struggle to find the expertise match, and I'd love to hear your insights on balancing domain expertise with reach.
