It was developed from the perspective of both employees and their assessors. Recently, there are many products and topics that follow trends such as WEB 3.0, but I feel that the traditional issues of visualization and review of work for members and teams are still vague, qualitative, and arbitrary. From the employees’ point of view, I believe that tracking the numbers of one's own work can provide an opportunity to look back at oneself and one's team objectively and help to set concrete and quantitative goals. I think it is especially meaningful to visualize process numbers for jobs that cannot be easily measured by KPIs alone, such as sales. From the assessors’ perspective, the challenge is that it is difficult to quantitatively understand the work of the members and teams being evaluated in the first place. While it is not good and impossible to evaluate only with these numbers, we believe that it is an advantage to combine quantitative evaluation with the qualitative evaluation that has existed before.
