Looks like they recently underwent some horrible platform migrations. I discovered it as my password stopped working. After resetting the password & logging into the site my account appeared to be *empty*. All my orders were gone (btw they were never shipped). No one responded to my emails, inquiries, etc. No customer service at all. I think its unlikely I will receive my order/refund and would advice people to not use this product until they make it reliable enough.
