Hey everyone, As I was looking to buy my first family home, the prices in Europe were through the roof. I wasn't keen to overpay, and later loose my savings when the real-estate market overturns. I started researching the alternative investments, and stumbled upon the distressed property market, judiciary auctions, foreclosures, corporate bankruptcies. Immediately I became intrigued, as it mostly unknown and low tech, and savings vary from 20-60%. Over last 3+ years, I spoke with many lawyers, public notaries, liquidation managers, commercial court judges, and learned a lot about this inefficient and vague marketplace. We scraped and analyzed 10,000+ auctions, participated in 10 auctions, and won 2 properties, saving $70,000. Discovering the hottest undervalued real-estate deals is hard, time-consuming, and costly. Moreover, due to inflation and recession, there will be more opportunities then ever to discover and invest into undervalued properties around the world. In 19 EU countries, there are over 250,000 real-estate auctions annually. And all these data (starting price, estimated value, end price, ROI for AirBnb rental vs Sale, images, map view, elaborates, etc.) from various sources (auction sites, ownership, cadastre, legal documents) needs to get collected, organized, enriched - to make any sense for an investor. We at Vendue Tech are on a journey to solve this problem. We've built tools to ingest data from various public auctioning sites, and present on our platform. Users receive real-time notifications based on their budget and preferences to never miss a great investment opportunity. We are currently building the MVP for Croatia, and plan to expand to other countries soon after. And we started pre-Seed fundraising. Our product comprises of web scrapers, real-time notifications, automated auctioning scripts, data parsers, visualizations.
