I gave two screening interviews today and overall user experience is great. Not only are the questions thoughfully curated and representative of the job description but the UX makes it super easy. One room for improvement is to have an avatar so that candidate can make eye contact while speaking. This can be optional in case someone does not want to make eye contact with an avatar :)
