Hi makers and hunters šŸ‘‹ I am Alex. I always found sharing files from my Android phone to my Mac a pain. I wanted to have a way to share my photos, videos, documents etc from my phone directly to my MBP, without having to upload anything to the 'cloud' or some messaging app. Those ways tend to be less secure, fairly slow or they compress and ruin the photos. This made me create Ubidrop, a small app which makes sharing files across MacOS and Android seamless: šŸ•Š Works offline & wirelessly! Mac and Android need to be on the same WiFi or Hot Spot to see each other. šŸ” No one has access to your files but you. Nothing is sent over the Internet. āš”ļø Transfers photos & videos taken from your phone in a couple of seconds. šŸ’ Integrates with Android's share sheet, so you can share from all your favorite apps. šŸŒ„ Keeps the full high quality of your video and images. 🐘 Send any kind of file, any size. People have been enjoying Ubidrop a lot. Ubidrop is less than a month old and there are already over 1,500 files shared! So far, people tend to call it 'Airdrop Android'. Does it live up to the name? Up to you to try out and decide. šŸ± Try Ubidrop for free for 7 days. No sign-ups required or credit cards. Is it a fit for you and you love using it? Purchase a license for you and your team and continue using it after the trial is over. One time payment, no subscriptions or hidden fees. All licences include free updates for a year. šŸŽ Use code 'BUNDLE_UP' to save up to $200 on all bundled deals. Offer ends this Friday (in 5 days). Thank you for the upvote! I will be online the whole day to answer all your questions and comments about Ubidrop. Cheers, Alex

Finally. This has been bugging me for years - how was there not a seamless way of doing this before?!!
Dan Robins
Congrats guys, looking forward to seeing how this progresses!

@dan_robins Thanks Dan! I have been growing Ubidrop entirely off people's requests so far. There are many people asking for a Windows integration as well, which is something I would love to support. Before that there are some more features & improvements I would like to implement in the Android to Mac integration. Stay tuned.
