Tiptap
Hi Aaron,
Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the confusion about the website vs. demos/templates behavior! We would like to clarify a few things.
Tiptap is a headless text editor, meaning that we provide the underlying infrastructure and our users decide how to design and implement the UI, including how color tools are presented. The examples on our website showcase different ways Tiptap can be configured, rather than a fixed, pre-built UI.
However, we understand that expectations may differ based on what's shown in demos versus actual implementations. We're working on new template offerings, including an editor UI component library and a Google Docs-style template that will provide a more familiar color picking experience in the future.
Thanks again for your feedback, and please let us know if we can help :-)
