Hello Hunters! 👋 First, a massive shoutout (😉) to @5harath for hunting the book. I'm Arvid, a software engineer turned entrepreneur turned author. Today, I am launching my second book, The Embedded Entrepreneur! Being an Embedded Entrepreneur is very straightforward: make your (future) audience the most important thing from day one. Join their existing communities, embed yourself in their tribes, observe and learn about their problems. Build a reputation in their communities and work with your audience to build and amazing product and a successful business. The book is the most actionable and practical thing I have ever created. And I didn't do it alone. Over 500 alpha readers added comments and suggestions to my manuscript over many months, making this a truly community-based effort. This book about audiences was written for, by, and with my own audience. They picked the title, they picked the cover, and they made sure that the contents answered their questions. In many ways, this book is a follow-up (or rather a zoom-in) of my first book, Zero to Sold. Back then, I talked about all the stages of running a business. In The Embedded Entrepreneur, I focus exclusively on two things: finding the right people to serve, and building a following that serves you. In The Embedded Entrepreneur, you will learn: - Audience Discovery: who do you want to serve and empower? - Audience Exploration: where does your future audience hang out? - Problem Discovery: which critical problem does your prospective audience have that you can turn into a business? - Audience-Building: how can you leverage social media to build (with) your audience? If you want to find your future customers, discover how you can help them, and build an audience while growing your business, I invite you to become an Embedded Entrepreneur. You can read a Sample Chapter right here. And here is me on one of those rare trips to the outside world:

Sharath Kuruganty
@arvidkahl is one of the amazing writers that I know of who delivers more value per buck! His Zero to Sold book itself made an incredible impact on many founders. Now he's back with another one 🔥 One thing I particularly love about this book is the way he wrote it in public involving the community. If you are anywhere near to community building, you should get it 💯
Arvid Kahl
@5harath You're too kind! And you're also right: the book is very community-centric, because that's ultimately where the answers to all our business questions lie: in the communities where our (potential) customers talk to each other.
