When you sign up for Vox (for free!), you can create and customise your own Vox recording button and add it to your website, whether embedded into your page or available when your visitors click a button or tab: Or make a Vox landing page with its own URL you can link to from anywhere! Visitors can then record voice notes for you - Voxes - which arrive in your inbox (transcribed in one of 50+ languages) that your whole team can use and share. You can then reply directly in your own voice - adding text, images and links if you like - or assign the vox to someone else. Could we define how long a voice message can be...?

@dr_silvia_fox - absolutely! You can set a maximum recording length for each channel of between 15 seconds to 15 minutes. And we're also working on adding minimum recording lengths too.

@nicholas_phair this would be great. We wouldnt want to curtail our customers messsage at the same time stop someone from rambling on for too long

@dr_silvia_fox - each use case might warrant a different approach. For example for feedback you may want to allow 5mins+ to gather as many candid insights as possible. But for targeted Q&As (ie: for podcasts etc...) 15 or 30 seconds might be enough. It depends on what you need a Vox channel for and each channel's settings can be set independently.

Amazing - I've seen my marketing, customer success, and sales teams become inundated with leads/customers/prospects always wanting to 'talk to someone' - we'd get such requests from our email campaigns, social campaigns, and sometimes we'd receive a negative google review because a customer wasn't able to talk to someone at the company. This solves that communication gap for teams across of the org - super exciting!

Thanks @agnayee_datta , really glad to head it! Talking to your customers person to person is the best way by far of building a relationship with them. When they hear that you care, they'll care about you! So that's what we're working to make easy - glad Vox helps :)
