This is incredibly well designed. Can you break down the data inputs - apart from Zillow/Trulia, where are you getting data from?

Hi Everyone, Rob, one of the Surefield founders here. Thanks for having us on Product Hunt! We launched the first full-stack home valuation tool at Surefield today. It puts the power of all the data that agents use to price homes into an easy to use interface that anyone can use (please note we're limited to Washington state at the moment). Here's how it works: 1 - Our Data Science team, finds the statistically similar homes using lots of buzzword worthy stuff, 2 - YOU decide if they're really similar by looking at the photos, and 3 - Our Agents, like me, are standing by to help or get it on the market for you at 1.5% commission compared to the typical 6%.
