I'm Luigi, a solo developer who just spent the last year building something I'm genuinely excited about. As someone who's always been fascinated by both AI and the craftsmanship of traditional barbering, I wanted to bridge that gap.
The idea hit me when I was at my local barber shop and saw how customers would hesitate when choosing a new style. They'd scroll through photos on their phones, unsure if a cut would actually work for their face shape. That's when I thought - what if we could show them exactly how they'd look before making the cut?
After months of working with AI models, testing with real barbers, and countless iterations, StyleForge was born. The tech behind it is pretty nice - we can take a single photo and generate a full 3D model of someone's head in just 15 seconds. Then barbers can try different styles, rotate the model, and give their customers confidence in their choice.
Starting with the Italian market because that's where I am, but the plan is to expand globally. I've already got some local barbers testing it and the feedback has been incredible.
