SpaceDrop is a simple file and text exchanging web application that allows you to transfer files or texts from your clipboard directly between devices without installing any app or uploading any server.

Hey, Have you ever sent an empty email to yourself with an attachment? If yes, you might find this app useful. Transferring files between different devices can be frustrating. It usually requires having the same app installed on both devices, or finding a cloud drive to upload the file and then download it from the other device. That's why I started this project. Even though there are many similar apps out there, SpaceDrop is unique with it's user friendly interface and efficient file and clipboard sharing process. It uses WebRTC for secure peer-to-peer file transfer, means that your files go directly from one device to another without uploading them to any server. Even if devices in the same network, transfer will happen lightning fast.
