Thanks for all the support, @chrismessina ! sona is a digital therapeutic that uses research-backed music to help relieve anxiety symptoms, naturally, affordably and efficiently. There’s nothing to learn or practice - just listen to original music created by Grammy-winning producers. 🎵 The app’s AI recommendation engine curates songs for you based on your anxiety level and listening habits. I started meditating in 2010 and it improved my mental health - but it took time, dedication, and practice to see results. As a music executive and record producer, I was inspired to make music that could generate benefits similar to meditation. Over the course of 4 years, I developed a series of composing techniques that help increase alpha brain wave activity to help listeners relax. We've conducted research with leading institutions like UC Berkeley and Nielsen Neuroscience and our app has been backed by world-class neuroscientists. Our mission at sona labs is to validate music as medicine. Great product for mental health!

I am so far enjoying using SONA. Their app is very user friendly.It is really mean to it’s title.I am using sona every time before i go to bed and it helps me to sleep good throughout the night. Also when in the day i am feeling stressed, I like to usa sona to relieve it. I would recommend to take a shot and see if it helps you too or not. I am looking forward to their new releases
