Here are some key findings: 📌 Social media managers’ primary tasks are creating content (50%) and strategies (45%). 📌 Their goals are to increase brand awareness (85%) and grow the brand’s audience (75%). 📌 Social media managers’ challenges are generating engagement (65%) and publishing engaging and unique content (49%). 📌 Instagram is the most used platform (87%), followed by Facebook (73%). 📌 50% of the respondents rated their job performance as good.
