DNA coaching program / Healthy coaching program
I signed up for the DNA coaching program back in January 2021. The 4 sessions that I had with Dr. Greg Nacarelli were filled with actionable steps to improve my health based on my own personal genetics. The steps include but are not limited to changes in diet, adding exercise, sauna, and a variety of supplements / herbs. Dr. Greg Nacarelli solved most of my issues. Dr. Greg is very personable, knowledgeable, and understanding. Maintaining optimal health is a lifelong process. One must make changes such as diet, exercise, and supplement were necessary. I highly recommend that you see Dr. Greg Nacarelli. I wish I could give you 10 stars instead of 5. Keep up the great work Dr. Greg, Joe Cohen and the rest of the Self Decode team! Improvements in my productivity at work and health could not been achieved without you guys. I look forward to working with Dr. Greg Nacarelli in the future.
Self Decode Reports Legacy Review.
The legacy version has a lot of good reports such as Anxiety, Cognition, COMT , PEMT and MTHFR. The reports are easy to understand with scientific references to articles at the end. Most importantly the reports show actionable steps such as lifestyle changes and supplements to utilize to improve on these genes.
