Hey Retoolians! In some of the messaging, I notice you mention that your goal is "to automate 10% of U.S. labor by 2030. That’s approximately 15 million full-time jobs worth of work," which is one of the coolest goals I've ever seen on PH, and I want to know more.
How will that work, and what does it mean?

Thank you for asking! Retool's goal to automate 10% of US labor by 2030 is based on the real impact we're already seeing. Our customers have automated over 100 million hours of work using Retool, with more than 140 million AI app queries and 16 million AI-enabled workflows executed. This has unlocked approximately $5 billion in concrete value!!
With Retool Agents, we aim to automate repetitive tasks by equipping LLMs with specific, customizable tools, freeing people from tedious, repetitive work that nobody particularly enjoys doing, and giving them more time to focus on creative work only a human can do.
