How do you make sure the recommendations not only optimize for ATS bots but also keep the readability and personality intact for human recruiters?
@jackson_wells The project experience section shows the score on the basis of you project hardness.
I tried it out with a few actual resumes and job postings. The keyword matching and readability suggestions are excellent, but I’d love to see more feedback on soft skills and accomplishments.
