The UX is very intuitive and minimalistic, which I liked most. This tool can save lots of work hours in total - especially if you have coworkers who are not 'fluent' in dealing with office programs. Great job team Paperless! Definitely recommending it :)

I had many problems with Pandadoc, i'm trying their solution as we speak. Support is very good up to now.

@daige The idea behind Pandadoc is certainly great - no more static PDFs, intuitive forms and Upload Fields. We agree this is "how it should be". Unfortunately with Pandadoc there seems to be quite a gap between theory and practice....

@jacob_engels and they have terrible customer support. I pride myself in having incredibly good customer support for my own startup, so...

@daige I've heard so. Whenever I need a motivation-boost, I go read their Trustpilot Reviews.
