Super excited about this launch. The Deel and Roots teams are on fire! The Org Chart works GREAT and is very, very seamless.

One of the issues I've seen medium/large companies face, particularly for new team members: Figuring out who to contact for specific feedback, access, or sign-off. An org chart is a foundational level for a lot of that, but I'm also curious how this expands longer term? I.e. Does Roots eventually become more of a knowledge base or workflow tool to help teams collab? Curious to hear your thoughts, @kevin_corliss1!

@rrhoover a little bit of both! The Roots platform currently consists of 6 Slack-based plugins which cover a wide array of day-to-day processes and operations, Org Chart being one of them. 7th plugin is on the way later this month in Pulse Surveys! The #1 goal is streamlining workflows and making HR / critical info more accessible to users - i.e. not buried in separate, standalone platforms that people don't log into. So we'll keep going down that workflow path. But the byproduct of making products that people actually use is a solid knowledge base and people directory tool for both admins and users. So you'll see us build a lot of cool things in this space in the coming months.
