@prolax I hadn't read that, I saw there's no IP rating and I assumed, thanks. It's still just splash resistant though... @dayaldave of course not but it's so easy to drop your phone in water accidentally. Also what happens when you go to the beach or the pool? Someone could easily get the phone wet. And I can't deny it's really cool to be able to take underwater photos with your phone and wash it when it's dirty. I read on XDA that OnePlus said "Asking consumers to pay $30 more as an example for the sake of an IP rating is unreasonable". Come on, it would only cost 30 $ more??

@dayaldave even if that's true, what's the harm in that? If it's water resistant, you don't have to be careful with it when it comes to water. That's the whole point.

Power to One Plus, they have learned and got better each time. While iPhones & Galaxy lines keep increasing their prices for something that should never cross $900. One Plus is playing all of its cards right, now the 6t is available at T-Mobile. Verizon people can use it too. One Plus is a big plus to consumer choice.
